John went through the rooms’ budget for Jan, Feb, and March
- January has lost some ground- John is forecasting to pick up exactly what we did in Jan last year
- February and March have both shown growth especially on the group side
Went through the GRC for Feb/March
- Feb- Expect Protravel back by Monday. OPAS doesn’t look like it will pick up.
- March – Wells Fargo is up in the air right now- may have to change dates. Sarah’s First Comp will be a go
- Maggie got another HDR meeting for April and May
Discussed rateview-
Maggie will put together an updated version of the Romance Pkg priced at $239 for Th, Fri, Sat and get to John by Friday
Looked at Feb 14,15, 16- dropped the LOS restrictions
Week of Feb 24- need week for us, occupancy is low, but we will hold rates for now even though everyone else is closing out
March 5 and 6- we are peaking these days due to First Comp
