Quick Recap:

 

Star Report: There is a 9 point difference between Star Report and RDP.  Star Report shows only 71 rooms pickup but RDP states 72, but the revenue on both show the same.  Jon will be looking into the discrepancies.

 

Holiday Promotions: $79 room rate for November 20-25 2007 and December 21- January 6 except New Year’s Eve.  These rates are current open to the public with the option of going private.  If these rates do go private then the code is “ sugar ”.

 

Thanksgiving: November 22- Pickup 12 rooms at current rate.

 

Creighton: Needs 22 Double Double but have only 13 available.  Sales will be looking into Volland Wedding Block, for some DD and then do some shifting to make it work.

 

Promotion: Sunday Promotion- Some Ideas are--25% off bar, 20% off room rate, and free hot breakfast.  This promotion can not be combined with any other promotion and is subject to availability.  Possibly run through January.  Marketing Ideas are advertising in City Weekly and/or through e-mail blast.

 

New Year’s Eve: New Room Rate of $179 booked 5 Rooms
