Star Report- Not looking great this week- at 83.6% index
In order to boost STAR report we need about 18 more rooms filled per night
Overall have lost ground from last year
Transient was our best segment this time with 131 rooms
We are within $1 of comp set- so rate is pretty good, just need to work on occupancy a little more
Still have advance purchase available
Forecast- lost some ground in Aug, steady through September
