Reports from Hotel Concepts are not matching those in Daylight

 

Should try and get group minimum rate up, August with both Kiewit and possibly Conagra will affect Star report

 

 

Future pace:

June: remained steady

July: moving in a positive direction, 44% to 69%

            Rate at $116, comp at $128

August: lost ground, went from 4/7 to 5/7

 

 

Wholesale was our biggest producer in both June and July

 

Intercessors of the Lamb not picking up in city as much as they were planning

 

Priceline- currently a $44 rate available for October, not necessary to lower it so much, maybe raise rate to $79

 

4^th of July at 70% occupancy, holding current rates for that weekend

 

CRO- for promo offer rate of $129 with $20 off- adds perceived value with out dropping rates to $79

 

River City Round Up is booking further out west with group buses bringing everyone back down to the Qwest Center in order to get lower rates
