Notes from Maggie

 

Just some things I noticed:

 

I think we should lower the rate on March 14th. We haven’t moved any rooms and now the Hilton has dropped their rate $40 so both available hotels are below us.

 

We need to keep an eye on March 15-18 ad DoubleTree has now dropped their rates for that entire time frame to match us and we still have quite a few rooms to sell.

 

DoubleTree dropped their rate on the 23^rd to match us.

 

Look at March 28^th- Courtyard is no longer available and the Hilton Garden Inn dropped ther rate from $209 to $129 and are now below us. On the 29^th, HGI also dropped their rate $80 and are below us- looks like Embassy has availability now that day as well.

 

DoubleTree has dropped their rates for that entire week starting the 30^th and are well below us now through the 7^th of April. We have a TON of availability during this time.

 

We are the highest priced hotel on May 1 with 104 left to sell.
